Through psychoanalysis, psychotherapy, or personal consulting, we will work together at a pace that works for you to truly understand the obstacles to your ability to live life in accord with your true self. 

Through psychotherapy or psychoanalysis, we do this by exploring your past and present to uncover the forces at work in your life that may have served you at one time but no longer do. This can be an exciting process of self-discovery. It can also be frightening, so it is my job to create a judgment-free space in which the exploration can take place at the right pace for you. 

Personal coaching is a bit different in that we will work to find the best ways for you to achieve specific goals in your personal and/or professional life on a desired timeline.
